This two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Palma's front line, overseeing the cathedral and in a convenient location close to the city and the beaches. If you are coming by sea the ferry is at a two minutes walking distance.

Description
The kitchen has a medium size refrigerator, stove, oven and all necessary utensils. There is a sofa bed in the living-room that converts into a full size bed, TV set There is also an ample terrace-balcony where six people can enjoy lunch or dinner with a magnificent ocean view. There is a queen size bed on the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The washing machine is located in the bathroom the furniture and utensils are brand new. (May 2003). Linens and towels are included.
If you wish you have maid service, it can easily be arranged for an additional reasonable fee. If you do not feel like cooking there is a Carrefour Supermarket ,within two minutes walking distance that caters delicious international food ready to go.
If you like to jog, you can get to the cathedral and the historical district in less than 20 minutes and going in the opposite direction you will be in Cala Mayor, a beautiful beach in just a few minutes.
